Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email contact@favoriterecords.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we sent you a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Favorite Records will cover the return shipping cost when appropriate.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale/final-sale items, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and place a separate order for the replacement item. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund according to the policy below.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
